Provide effective oversight of fleet, facilities, safety, and training within the Company to ensure safety and compliance while achieving operational goals.

Fleet

• Oversee fleet maintenance and repairs, including reporting and assisting with purchasing new equipment.

Facilities

• Maintain all Company facilities in accordance with regulatory standards and oversee scheduled repairs and maintenance.

Safety

• Ensure Company compliance with all safety related regulatory agencies, conduct monthly department safety meetings, and promote Company safety policies and incentive programs.

Training

• Track and facilitate training for all Company personnel.

• Minimum 2 years related intermodal industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• College degree or equivalent.
• Ability to operate a forklift.
• Ability to understand and work in a computer database.
• Type 45 wpm.
• Foster effective teamwork.
• Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail, self-motivation, ability to multi-task, and sense of urgency to ensure job duties are completed in an efficient, timely, & collaborative manner.
• Demonstrate reliability & dependability with respect to attendance, punctuality, accessibility, & approachability by management, co-workers, company staff, and vendors.
• Demonstrate ability to problem solve and make effective & independent decisions.

• Minimum 2 years related business experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• PC skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
