Rotating four (4) or five (5) day shifts, Monday through Sunday; Non-Exempt

Essential Duties

Execute planned dispatch runs and ensure the appropriate drivers and equipment are assigned to meet customer/consignee service requirements.
Timely and accurate updating of dispatches and loads in the computer system.
Follow up on driver progress with assigned daily dispatch runs.
Daily review and audit of driver paperwork.
Provide prompt, responsive, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable service & support when handling all customer interactions.
Accurate data tracking and reporting of operational productivity using established/developed production & measurement metrics.
Ensure all office processes and established SOPs are followed.
Assist with maintaining fleet and equipment assigned to the department.
