Oahu Retail Distribution Services
Please review the following procedures for securing an appointment time with
Pacific Transfer.
Note: Pacific Transfer will be receiving for all neighbor island ports throughout the week. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all preferred appointment requests. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure that cargo is delivered in time to make the appropriate Pacific Transfer cut-offs for each destination (please see Receiving Cutoffs ). Please plan accordingly to make sure your shipments are delivered on time.
Booking/Notification Procedures
Shippers must submit a Bill of Lading for review by Pacific Transfer in order to receive a booking number. Visit our Book Shipment Now page to get the form:
1. Shippers can submitting a Bill of Lading through the Book Shipment Now page or by e-mailing a completed Bill of Lading to distribution@pacifictransfer.com.
2. Pacific Transfer will review each Bill of Lading and return the BOL to the shipper with a booking number via e-mail within 24 hours of receipt.
3. All Bills of Lading must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM in order to receive a booking number for delivery the following business day.
